Volunteers still needed for HoopFest - can you help?
The will be the last email sent to request help at Hoopfest.
We could still use anyone at anytime but here are the times we are desperate right now.
Saturday 12 - 6 Could really use one more Parent
Saturday 5 - close probably around 9 pm- this is desperate we need 1 more adult and about 5 kids for this shift. We are really in trouble here for this time. We really need your help.
The rest of the shifts could use more people but I think we will manage. These two shifts above have to have more people.
If you can help or know of someone that I might call to ask to help please let me know.

FALL SHOW MUSIC
The music for our 2011 Fall Show will be introduced at Band Camp on Monday, July 25, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Music and CD’s will be passed out to those in attendance that evening. Have a great summer!

ROOKIE & FULL BAND CAMP
Rookie Camp for all freshmen and new students will be held on Monday, July 25, from 9:00-11:00 AM at WVHS. Wear tennis shoes, dress comfortably, bring sunscreen and a water bottle. Report to the Band Room at 8:45 AM. See you on the 25th.
Full Band (Woodwinds/Brass/Drum Line/Pit/Color Guard) will be held on Monday, July 25, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at WVHS. Wear and bring the same as listed above.

2012 ALL-STATE BAND AUDITION PACKETS AVAILABLE
Audition Packets for the 2012 All-State Band will be available in the Band Room next Tuesday, June 28, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Lots of individual practice will be required, so only pick up a packet if you’re willing to pay the price this summer. See you on Tuesday.

We still need lots of students and parents to sign-up... the proceeds from this fundraiser go directly to the writing of our drill and purchase of props... every Band student benefits, so do your fair share and sign-up for one shift. HELP NEEDED! For car wash and Hoopfest
WE NEED HELP!!
We need at least 2 parents that want to help with the car wash this Saturday.
10 - 1 and then 1 - 4

Hoopfest is just about a week away and we still need tons of help.
We need 4 adults and 10 kids for each shift.
Patty Storch is going to be calling so please take a shift...you can also email me that you are interested and I will make sure you get a shift

BUDGET FORUM
Just a reminder that there will be one more Public Forum regarding the 2011-2012 West Valley School District budget. It will be held this coming Monday, June 13, from 6:30-8:30pm in the West Valley High School Community Room. Your input is needed especially as it pertains to possible adjustments to our Fine Arts program.
I would suggest that you arrive early. See you there.
