TOURNAMENT PEP BAND SCHEDULE - THIS WEEK
The Tournament Pep Band has been selected based on attendance at assigned games and music proficiency. Here is the schedule for the District Tournament:

Wednesday - February 9
8:30 AM - Special Tournament Pep Band Rehearsal in WVHS Band Room
5:15 PM - Report to the WVHS Band Room
6:00 PM - Girl's Basketball Game at WVHS
7:30 PM - Game over

Thursday - February 10
5:15 PM - Report to WVHS Band Room
6:00 PM - Boy's Basketball Game at WVHS
7:30 PM - Game over

Friday - February 11
TBA - Basketball games (CVHS or EVHS)

Saturday - February 12
TBA - Basketball games (CVHS or EVHS)

Schedule for Friday and Saturday will be determined by the results on Wednesday and Thursday.

Monthly Booster Meeting on Tuesday Feb 15th at 7 pm in the Band Room.

This is a reminder that we will be having a Auction Committee meeting tonight at 6:30 pm in the band room.

We will also be having our Monthly Booster Meeting on Tuesday Feb 15th at 7 pm in the Band Room.

At this time the Auction is our last big Fund Raiser prior to our Vancouver Trip. Please be procuring items and getting ready to work at putting some money into your students account. We are about 3 months away from the trip.

We had an Auction/Dance Committee meeting last week. After discussions we have decided to not do a Dance at this time.

We still think this is a good idea and will try to put this together, but will probably have to wait till next school year.

We are going to put all our efforts into making a great auction and try to bring in more dollars that we did last year.

Auction will be on Saturday March 19th.

Attached are the Auction item procurement forms, a company letter, and a Parent letter to explain the auction. Your students will be given this same information during Zero hour this week. Please start procuring Auction Items if you have not done so already. These documents will also be on the band website at www.wvbands.org

Right now we have the following people volunteering to help with the Auction...if your name is not listed and you want to help please let me know. We can always use help. There is lots to do and our date is approaching quickly. Right now we are looking for a committee leader to help with correspondence. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer to help us.
