The WVHS Wind Ensemble performed today at the Concert Band Festival held at Eastern Washington University and here are the scores:

I- (Superior Rating) - PERFORMANCE - we played Song and Dance, Abide with Me, and Fate of the Gods

1+ (Superior Rating) - SIGHT-READING (56 out of 60 points possible)

Both of these ratings are the highest you can receive ... I couldn't be prouder of my kids! One of the judges commented that "this is the best WVHS Band he has heard in some time!" ... Jim Loucks
