This list is used primarily for urgent reminder messages, plus 1 message per month to remind you of your list membership (Sorry - I can't disable that feature). We generally send very few text messages on this list.

All requests to be added or removed are reviewed by me (to avoid spammers) so it may take a bit before you end up on or off the list.
